can not access user account - help

Whenever I click on the user account in the control panel I find this message: automation server cannot create object(s) and this one: g_Navigator is null or not an object. There is nothing in the account. It is a blank page. What happened and how do I fix this problem? I can log on to the computer with "owner". Please help.

Does happen if you create a new user?
