can mailing lables be alphabetized

I have several Mailing lable lists and wondered if ther is some way to
alphabetize them. If not can I start from Scratch somewhere and make sure
that everything gets listed in alphabetical order without trying to figure
them out myself?

Convert the labels into a mail merge source (a table in a Word document)
using the procedure at
http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels_into_mail_merge.htm. Then you can sort
the table (use the Table > Sort command), and finally merge the data to a
new label document using the procedure at
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_labels_with_word_xp.htm.
