Can mail sent be saved in folder other than the "Sent" folder?

Hi, I am using Outlook 2000 with Windows XP Home. Could anyone tell me if I
can save some of my "sent" mails into a folder other than the "sent" folder?
If so, how? Any suggestions/comments is much appreciated.

Thank you, DL. I'll try but this might be more than I ask for. I don't know
too much of programming and afraid I might destroy Outlook. Thank you though.
