Microsoft Office Outlook 2003

Would like to copy inbox folders and their contents and send via email to
another party. Use Inbox folders to separate emails from various
individuals. Would like to forward the contents of these inbox folders to
new individual who will be handling in the future.

Will the other user also be using Outlook 2003? If so, create a new .PST
file, copy the folders to it, and give that file to your colleague -- he/she
can open it in Outlook using File | Open | Outlook Data File. Make sure the
file is not read-only before trying to open it. Also, if the other user will
have an earlier version of Outlook, make sure you create the new .PST in the
old Outlook 97-2002 format instead of in the new Unicode format.
