We're in the process of "leap-frogging" over Word 2002 and going right to
Word 2003 from Word 97. I have a large group of staff in a department that
rely heavily on their macros and their auto text features. I need to now,
before we "leap" if there's a way to use existing macros and auto text and
how I might beable to accompluish this (i.e., copy existing macros to a
CD-ROm and then copy over to Word 2003).

Any information or direction is greatly appreciated.

Most Word 97 macros will work fine in Word 2003. If you run into a problem
with one, post it in the vba.beginners newsgroup for help in debugging. Do
not copy normal.dot onto new computers. See
http://addbalance.com/word/movetotemplate.htm for step-by-step instructions
on moving / sharing / copying / backing-up customizations including
AutoText, AutoCorrect, keyboard assignments, toolbars, macros, etc.
