Can I use periods in naming a bookmark such as "Sect.15002.1" in.

Presumably you wouldn't be posting here if you hadn't tried it and found
that you cannot. But you can use Sect_15002_1. You cannot use periods,
hyphens, parentheses, colons, commas, etc. But you can use underlines.
