How can I synchronize my Outlook contact files at home with my office
computer? I have a dial up ISP at home and broadband at the office.
 
how frequently do you want to sync them? You can do something as simple as
emailing new or changed contacts, export the entire contacts folder and
import it at home for very infrequently or sync with msn or yahoo if you
want to do it often and they change often. see
