can i synchronise outlook on my laptop to outlook web access

I have a desktop computer with Outlook as my email system, contacts and
diary. I access outlook via the web using my laptop. I would like to be able
to synchronise my laptop to the information on my desktop using the outlook
web access.

Since Outlook Web Access is merely a bunch of HTML and some scripts residing
on your Exchange server and not a real mail client at all, the answer would
be "no".
