Can I switch from Outlook Express to Outlook easily?

I installed Express but I really want just Outlook. Is is possible and will
it screw up my e mail naome?

I think it's easy, but what I consider easy may not coincide with what you
consider easy.

To add you can also export settings/mail from OE to OL
