I have a new Dell computer with Office XP and Outlook
2002. I can't seem to figure out how to check three
different email accounts. I need to have three separate
accounts, one for each person in my family. When I go to
add email accounts, and add each person's info, it all
comes into the same inbox when we send/receive. No
privacy at all...

Can this even be done?
Thanks.

You can either use Windows profiles and then setup each persons mail or you
can use profiles and have Outlook prompt for profiles. If you point each
profile to a .pst specific for that profile, mail will be delivered to that
..pst file.

Do you all log on under the same name or have separate
login identities? I'm using Win2K but each household user
has a unique login name/password and Outlook is set up for
each individual under their user log in. Each has their
own mailbox.
