Can I set up multiple reminders on a appointment?

I am sending a recurring appointment to about 35 individuals. I would like
them to be reminded 1 week prior to the event, then 2 days and then 15
minutes. Is this possible? If so, how do I set it up?

As far as I can tell, you cannot set up multiple reminders on a single item.
