thinking if I keep Outlook as my default website I wont have this problem,

Learn to open Outlook. Period.

You could drag a shortcut to Outlook into your Startup folder. That way,
Outlook will start every time you login to your Windows user account. Of
course, if you close Outlook, forget to re-open it, and use Hibernate or
Sleep instead of logging off and shutting down, you will be back to the same
problem. ;)
