Can I schedule my computer to start?

After all, WindowsXP will let me schedule any prog to run. But how can
I schedule my machine to start at a particular time each day?

If it is possible at all, it would be from a setting in the start up/power
options section of the computer bios.

It's a feature in the bios. With my computer anyhow.
