Using Outlook 2003, is it possible to save the auto-complete email addresses
to an address book? I have got loads of addresses but am going to change
computer and don't want to lose them.

The autocompletion name cache and the address book (or Contacts folder) are
completely unrelated. If you want to move your name cache to another PC,
configure Outlook on that other PC and copy the file
%AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook\yourprofile.NK2 (where "yourprofile" matches the
name of your mail profile on the current computer) to the other computer.
Put it in the same folder there and give it a name that matches the profile
name on that computer (like yourprofile2.NK2). Start Outlook and you should
have all of your autocompletion names available.
