can i retrieve a document after i deleted it from pen drive

No - When you delete files from removable media they are gone, they aren't
retained in the Recycle Bin or anywhere else.

While the chances are that there is no hope of recovery - particularly if
you have made more changes to the file structure on the flash drive, it
*may* be possible using file recovery software to recover the deleted file.
I have in the past recovered deleted files from the flash card of my digital
camera. Search at Google for file undelete utilities.

I am not satisfied with the answers given by some of the author's
above .There is lots of software available on the net to retrieve
missing files and documents from pen drive but pen drive should not be
over wrote . I had used one software for pen drive recovery was
stellar phoenix data recovery software which is quite useful and
cheap.for more info you can see the site http://www.stellarinfo.com/
