can I retreive a deleted distribution list from outlook

Outlook ME, intending to delete a highlighted duplicate member of a
distribution list I clicked on the delete icon in the tool bar which deleted
the whole distribution list. The list is not in the deleted items within
Outlok nor is it in the main recycle bin. Any thougths on retrieval.
 
Unless you have a backup of your .pst file or are using an Exchange mailbox
with deleted items retention turned on, it's gone.

There is no such product as "Outlook ME". Please use Help>About to
determine your Outlook version.
