Can I randomly remove 500 records

Hi all

I have a budget to post 1500 letters

The database supplied has 2000 records

Can I randomly remove 500 records

Don't remove, mybe tommorow you'll be able to send 2000

Create a query that return 1500 records using TOP

Select Top 1500 TableNAme.* From TableName
