See "Print with or without cell gridlines" and "Define what part of the
worksheet to print" in the help file.
 
In Excel 2003, you can highlight the number of cells you want to print, then
use: format, cells, border and then click "outside" and "inside". If you then
set the selected range to be your print range, this should print what you
need.

Other versions of Excel should work in a similar way
