Can I password protect a specific mail folder in Outlook 2003?

Is it possible to place some kind of password protection or other restricted
access on a specific mail folder in Outlook 2003? Under Personal Folders I
have two dozen folders and I want to restrict access to one folder in case
someone comes by my machine while I am away and Outlook is active.

Nothing built-in. The best one can do is password protect the entire PST.

To add to neo's reply, password protect your Windows account and use Win+L to
lock your account before leaving your machine.

But that won't work if Outlook is already open!

True, but the Windows key + L on a Windows XP workstation should keep prying
eyes out.

And how many people, even in a corporate environment bother to do that,
or leave their passwords on Post-it notes on the monitor... ;-)
