can I make IE remember it's size and position for different URL's???

I use dual monitors.
Some of my common sites I'd like to open on one monitor at a certain size.
and
Other sites have open in the other monitor at a certain size and position.

So far I can only make IE open to the same size and placement of it's last
closing.

Is there a utility or way I can make sites I visit remember the window size,
and position?

The closest I can think of is a bookmarklet, but you need one already
existing browser window to run it. You can put for example
