Can I look for all files older than a year

I want to look for files older than a year and delete them and I have lots
and lots of them....... Is there a software or a way to do it.. Please help

You can use xxcopy.exe, downloadable from a number
of sites. Experiment with a sample folder before turning
it lose on the real thing!
