We have a user that uses one email profile for her office mail, and a second
profile for incoming HR work (such as resumes etc). We would like each to
have their own signature file, however we desire to just log out of Outlook
and into the the new profile, with out having to log off the O/S (we do not
have a local user id for the second profile - it exists only on the email
domain, not on the local domain). Any suggestions?

It sounds like it's not Outlook 2003, which supports multiple sigs... so the
answer is no.
