Can I Install Windows 2000 after XP?

Hello,

I just bought a computer with WinXP Pro installed. Can I install
Windows 2000 on a different drive than where WinXP is installed, "D"and
then boot to either OS? Or should Windows 2000 have been installed first?

I suggest buying Partition Magic which will handle this with ease.
