I purchased Outlook Express 2007 and installed it into one computer already.
I am thinking of purchasing a new computer, but I do not want to have to buy
the program again. If I would have repurchase the program I will probably not
purchase a new computer.

You mean OUTLOOK 2007? There is no such beast as Outlook Express 2007.

Read your Microsoft License Agreement for restrictions on how many computers
you can install it on. Generally speaking, you can move it from one
computer to another as long as the older computer is being decomissioned.
However, with standalone Outlook, you would need to read the agreement.
