Can I import Windows Mail rules into Outlook 2007?

I have just upgraded to Outlook 07 and want to import the rules I made in
Windows Mail. As Windows Mail has no export function I was able to pull them
from the registry, but Outlook can not import them that way. Is there any way
to import rules from Windows Mail into Outlook 07?

Doesn't File>Import and Export>Import Internet Mail and Addresses work?
 
Thank you for the reply.

Outlook gives a message saying it is not a "proper format." As Windows Mail
has know export feature I had to do it from the registry.
