Can I import emails from Outlook Express to Outlook?

I am new to Outlook 2003. I have always used Oe 6.0 for my emails. How do I
transfer them over to Outlook? Thanks
 
The best way is to export them from OE (File > Export > Messages...). That
way they will retain their correct modification dates.
