Can I give permission?

ZoneAlarm is reporting that download module win\system32\exdl1.exe
v1.0.0.8 (IP:194.72.9.55NS) is trying to access the internet.

Can anyone tell me whether I need grant permission please? The
ZoneAlarm message came up during an AVG scan

Thank you . I've run AdAware & it's cleared the entry. As I've told
Alex I've also refused permission should I get the file another time.
