Hi,

I find it really annoying when after typing the date I push <return> only to
find that an autodate has been added on:

e.g. 17th January 2004-02-17

Is there a way I can disable this?

Thanks,

Noel

CTRL+Z immediately will correct it, or turn off tools > autocorrect >
autotext > show autocomplete suggestions (it's all or nothing). You can
still use Autotext by selecting from the menu or by typing the autotext name
and pressing F3.

Not easily. I believe you can disable autocomplete for AutoText, but that is
a drastic remedy. Changing the date formats in Windows may help. Otherwise,
pressing Ctrl-Z immediately after this happens will undo it.
