Can I forward all my outlook e-mail to my AOL Account?

I am trying to forward ALL of my e-mails from Outlook at work to my AOL
account at home. Any ideas how to do this????
 
Depending on your mail server configuration at work, you could use rules
wizard.

account will be deleted without reading.

What kind of email account do you use at work, and have you talked to your
work IT staff if you have some?
