There is no problem exporting PowerPoint's Notes into MS Word. But can you
export Word text back specifically to the Notes area of PowerPoint??? It
does not seem possible, unless there's some workaround. Any ideas???

I believe I could quadruple my productivity creating PowerPoint
presentations, if I could solve this problem. If you have come to rely on MS
Word's outliner to compose and edit text, then the Notes area within
PowerPoint is very cumbersome, to say the least. Though composing in MS Word
is the way to go, the problem is getting it back into PowerPoint quickly and
efficiently. -- H E L P ! ! ! :)

Thanks, Kathy. This does look like just what I need. I'm not
VB-knowledgeable, so exuse my confusion: does the macro go in Word or in
PowerPoint?

I believe it goes in PowerPoint and is run after you do the send to PPT from
Word - that said, maybe Bill will get a chance to check in and let us know
for sure.

Correct Kathy -- you're right almost as often as my wife ;). The macro is
added to a presentation after it has created by Word using
Send-To-PowerPoint.

The macro takes that PPT presentation and transfers anything that was
Outline level 6 in Word to the notes pane in PowerPoint.
