Can I embed a sound file within the Outlook message

With Outlook Express, I was able to put a sound file as "background" in an
email. Can I do the same with Office Outlook 2003?
 
What have you tried? What didn't work? Were there any error messages?
By-the-way, the F1 key has never broken anything.
 
I could find no ;prompt or menu item under "Background" for "sound", in my
Office Outlok2003. thus, I couldn't "try". Canyou embed inh your Office
Outllok2003, Chuck? If so, please tell me how you succeed. I succeed in
embedding a picture or color. but, unlike the old Outlook Express, my
Outlook2003 provides me with no "
key" or drop-dopwn menu for embedding sound.
