Can I download Access onto Hp iPAQ 5550?

You can not download the program, but Dataviz for one produces a program
you can download that will allow you to use and sync with the data in a MS
Access database.

I use it and it works well, if not perfect. I use it on my Palm.

Unfortunately, Dataviz only runs on the Palm, not on the PocketPC (which is
what the iPAQ OS is). I have been using HanDBase which runs on both. It
works fairly well, and does sync nicely, but is not relational, so some
compromises and work-arounds must be made.
