Please learn to quote properly. Your reply is not a reply. You mixed
your text into someone else's quoted message (plus you screwed up the
"-- " signature line).
hdsl = high-bit-rate digital subscriber line
More likely you have ADSL.
DSL is not a type of e-mail account. That's a communications medium.
Read
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_subscriber_line. It is how to
transmit/receive data and has absolutely nothing to do with the type of
e-mail account you use, or even cares if any traffic is for e-mail. If
someone asks you what color is the water coming out of your tap, you
don't answer with "1-3/4 threaded iron pipe".
Unless you are connecting to an Exchange mail server, you will not have
the OoO feature enabled in Outlook since that feature is part of the
Exchange server. In Outlook, hit F1 and search its help on "out of
office". You'll see "This feature requires Microsoft Exchange." Are
you asking for an auto-reply feature when using Outlook at home or when
you are at work using the company's Exchange mail server?
The best you can do at home (i.e., without Exchange) is to use a rule
that you define in Outlook; however, that means you must leave your
computer always powered on, a huge UPS to ensure your computer stays up
during any power outage, Windows must be loaded, the computer must be
logged into a user account, and Outlook left running so it can execute
its rules. This is a very flaky setup. Read the following on how to
emulate the OoO feature using rules:

Better would be to check if there is a server-side auto-responder
feature available for your e-mail account. Use the webmail interface to
your e-mail account and check its options for an automatic responder
(might be called something else, like a vacation responder).
