Can I delete the contents of this Temp file??

C://Documents and Setting/Gloria/Local Settings/Temp

Yes, you can. u might get an error messages saying a file
or two is being used, just dont worry about those. you
can delete them next time you restart your computer.

Reboot your PC, then any files in that folder that haven't got today's date on can be deleted.
