Can I Delete these directories without hosing my system?

SP2 is installed and running fine. I'd like to delete 4 directories
under C:/windows/
ServicePackFiles
SoftwareDistribution
$NtServicePackUninstall
DownloadedInstallations

Is it safe to get rid of those? Thanx for any replies.
