Can I Delete Several Folders At Once?

Hi everyone.

I'm using Outlook 2003 and have a question about deleting material.

I've imported one e-mail account from Outlook Express. The folders
from that account are now in the Mail/All Mail Folders area, threaded
under Personal Folders.

I'd like to delete all of the imported folders at once, in one fell
swoop, if possible. Is it possible? If so, what's the procedure? So
far, I've been deleting the imported folders (there are 19 of them)
one by one. It's not a big deal to delete them individually, but if I
can just nuke them all at once, that would be preferable.

(I'm testing out various e-mail backup programs, and need to delete
these folders in order to make sure the e-mail backup software is
restoring my data properly. After a while, individually deleting 19
folders becomes tedious. That's why I want to mass-delete them all at
once...to save some time.)

Thank you very much!

Thank you. Jack Danniel

you can't mass delete unless they are under a subfolder . i.e.:
Inbox
Imported Mail
[19 subfolders]

Then delete the folder called Imported Mail.

Since you are testing backup schemes and I assume importing or otherwise
repopulating the 19 folders, why not close outlook, rename the pst. When you
reopen Outlook it will make a new one for you, then restore the backup to
the new pst.
