Can I create an Outlook Alert Rule from a list of words in excel

I want to create an Outlook Alert Rule for a long list of words that might be
in the body of the email. I have this list of words in an excel spreadsheet.
Is this possible?
 
Did you try copy and paste? You may need to concatenate the list with OR's
before pasting.

Keep in mind this is a lousy way to filter spam - a real spam filter will do
a better job. Also - there is a limited # of characters you can put in a
rule, so if the list is too long, not all words will work.
