Can I create a macro that will repeat information for me in a doc.

I have a contract template that I use often. It's about 6 pages long. There
are several places on each page where I need to have the name of the clients
company. Is there a way I can create a macro that will run when I type the
name of the company in the first field, it will automatically add that name
to all the rest of the fields in the template?
