Can I configure Outlook 2003 to use the old Folder bar instead of

I really don't like the way the navigation bar takes up so much screen space.
Navigating with the old Folder Bar was more efficient IMHO. Can this be
restored or is there a third party add-in available.

You would think XP Pro wouldn't have so many "nanny" features that you can't
opt out of. So much for progress.
