All three add-ins provide you with some menus & toolbars experience in
2007. Note that I am the author of the last one reviewed
(RibbonCustomizer) which offers this particular UI change for free.
I do suggest though that you try to use the Ribbon first for a while
before installing such a Classic UI crutch.
