I'm in the EST Zone. When I receive e-mail in Outlook, the time always shows
an hour behind. Is there a way to correct this? It's not a calendar issue. My
calendar is set to EST.

check your time zone settings in windows
i've seen this happen before when "automatically adjust for daylight
savings" wasn't selected
