Avoid export/import. It's unneeded.

Create a new ANSI-format PST. Click File>New>Outlook Data File>Outlook
97-2002 Personal Fodlers File (.pst). Browse to where you want it (or
accept the default), give it a name (or accept the default) and click OK.
Now right-click your Calendar and choose Copy. For the destination, select
the PST you just created. Click OK.

When the copy completes, close the new PST (right-click>Close) and close
Outlook. Transfer the PST by whatever means you have available to the older
Outlook PC's hard drive, making sure the PST is not read-only and that you
don't overwrite an existing PST. Start Outlook on that machine and click
File>Open>Personal Folders File. Browse to the PST you put on that machine,
select it, and click OK. You can now copy the contents of the calendar
folder you created on the other machine to the calendar on this one.
