I want to autonumber paragraphs using Bullets and Numbering, but I want the
numbers to increment by ten instead of one. In other words, the numbers
should go 10, 20, 30, etc. instead of 1, 2, 3. Is this possible? How can I
do it?

You can fake this by typing a 0 after the number field (before the period)
in the "Number format" box.

Well, Word isn't really counting by tens; it's still counting by 1.
