Can I add a photo to my Outlook signature?

I currently have a photo of me using HTML in my Yahoo signature and I would
like to add one to my Outlook signature. Is this possible? If so, how do I
go about adding it? I tried adding it via Word Editor but it just puts an
"x" at the picture when messages are sent.
