Can I add a logo picture to a signature in Outlook 2000?

I want to have my logo underneath my name, etc. in Outlook. Can someone tell
me how to do this? I noticed that Signatures wants HTML files, so I made one
in Word. However, the .jpg file I pasted into the Word file just shows up as
a box with the hated red x in it. Can someone help me with how to make a
signature with an image in it - in this case my logo?

Don't paste it but browse to the picture location.
