Can Grow Oddity

All,

When would a report detail control with Can Grow = Yes not cause a txt
box underneath it to be pushed down upon printing? The lower txt box
is staying put, resulting in overlapping text.

What am I missing? Just to check my sanity, I looked at other reports
I've set up this way and they work fine with no overlap.

The Top of the lower text box overlaps the bottom of the
upper text box.
