In terms of Windows help, I actually responded to www.myhelpdesk.org with a question about connecting a non-USB WinME computer to a USB printer shared on an XP machine.

Now, I admit, that scenario is actually a little trickier than it may sound, but the response was quick and got me looking in the right place on HP's site for the exact answer.

My only complaint about www.myhelpdesk.org is rather trivial, but I like to know a persons name when I am communicating with them. Having said that, I wouldn't hesitate to send more questions that way.
