Can embed MSWord's capabilities into my app?

Hi all,

I need a "textbox" that will let me change word and
paragraph formatting, do spell checks and save it all
as .rtf or <html>. I found a third party component
called RichTextBox, but it appears to be a server-side
control for ASP apps. My app is going to be a .exe
written in C# (.NET).

Anybody have any thoughts?
