my husband lost his hearing two years ago and , we are having ahard time
commucating with him , he needs to get out with his friends . and be able to
talk .

What do you want the Tablit PC to do for him? It would be better if you
were to list out the "wish" list of features that you want to have.

The screen is too small for old eyes, kids love text
messaging and the shorthand, adults like conversations. A
PDA that does telephone/WiFi would be a better portable
choice. A desktop with a nice display and having voice to
text, text to voice could be nice.

There are groups for hearing impaired (deaf) that can help
with the hard/software and also the emotional problems.

But government sees it as an obstacle to be overcome.

| Cell phone with text messaging would be more suitable i
think.
