Can anyone tell me about a trojan horse????

My virus scan picked up on a trojan horse virus, but it says that it can not remove it. It is in a UCSearch.OCX file, I deleted it but it is still saying that it is there. How do I get rid of it??? Thanks a bunch..
 
Adaware and Spybot update before running
Also, a decent firewall, ZoneAlarm is free, and AV app
